Seller reviewEthan did an excellent job of listening to our suggestions and noted the merits of the property, he tailored a marketing plan that was thorough and professional. He framed the market with then-current economics to arrive at a proposed listing value that was sane and acceptable. Ethan was diligent in all communication and follow-up, it was one of the best real estate experiences that we have ever had. His utilization of photography and drone technology was very impressive.
