We have been picky clients, we know. We were looking for a property that seemed nearly impossible to exist for its price range. But she has been extremely patient with us. And her positive attitude and excitement for finding a new home for her clients helped us keep looking and not to lose hope, which we really appreciated. Every time we asked questions, and a lot of them (e.g., what does that mark on the floor mean? any sign of flood? isn't this overpriced for its cheap flip?), she contacted a professional she knows and she would give us the answer on the spot. She is so well-connected and accessible, and so we always received satisfactory responses in a timely manner. She is also very knowledgeable. We really didn't expect this aspect from her because she is a fairly young agent. But she had insight into what price might be appropriate given a circumstance and what problems to expect, and she would help us to determine when to move on or when to give up on a property. It has been seven days since we moved in, and my husband and I love every minute of it. I still remember the day she showed us the unit. Euna messaged us at 8 am on Sunday saying, "we found our home." We saw the unit 10am of the same day. It was an incredible unit, the exact unit we were looking for. We fell in love with it the moment we saw it, and thanks to her promptness, we were able to be the first one who put in an offer and have the offer accepted in a multiple-offer situation. Once our offer was accepted, we thought the agent's job is done. Well, it wasn't. Euna had been always willing to go the extra mile to make our deal closed smoothly. When it comes to negotiating terms of purchase near closing (including unsatisfactory inspection items, communication with seller agent, and convincing the seller to accommodate our needs), she consistently contacted them for updates, checked out the property in person frequently, and represented us very professionally (but aggressively when we wanted to be that way). We couldn't be happier with our choice. Every moment when difficulty or questions arise, she responded promptly to our satisfaction and made our home-purchase experience stress-free. She has every aspect a good agent needs-- she is reliable, friendly, professional, passionate, well-connected, and responsive (to name a few). We would definitely choose Euna again for our future purchases.

Euna is an incredible realtor who goes above and beyond for her client! I was so fortunate to have been work with her when I purchased my second home in Rocky Hill.
