Seller reviewI was out of the country during the whole sale cycle. Yitzi was my eyes and hands. He did everything for me. From making sure that the old renters left the place clean, to making sure we fixed all the necessary things we needed to, to finding the correct people to do the work, to coordinating, inspecting and paying for all that was done. Then he took care of all the marketing, negotiating etc. I really did not have to do much and left basically all to him. He was phenomenal. Clear and timeous communication and just a pleasure to deal with. Any involvement that I have with property will be only with Yitzi. I cannot find any part of the journey that was stressful. Thank you Yitzi.

He drove us around various neighborhoods and pointed out many factors that we would never have thought us. He understood what we were looking for and constantly curated new listings for us and drew out attention to them. This helped us orient our search. During the contract period, Yitzi helped facilitate relationships with many professionals that helped ease our process. Yitzi was a one-man back office for our transaction! He helped source our mortgage lender, inspector, attorney, title agent, insurance and contracting professionals, and we were very happy with each of their services.
