I had another broker before Evan and for 3 months I was constantly wading through MLS listings, with Evan he narrowed down the listings and only sent me prospects that fit the criteria we had previously discussed, this made the buying process much faster.

When on a visit to South Florida last year, I visited a local open house and met Yitzi Evan Smith. At that time he provided me with information regarding homes in the area I was interested in. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and understood that I was not looking for a home immediately but stated when I was ready he would be willing to assist us in finding our home. While I was still living in New Jersey throughout the year that followed my meeting Yitzi at the open house, he would periodically call me and ask how the progress was going with my house up North, he would also remind me that when I was ready to buy in Florida, he would be glad to assist my husband and I. In the middle of August, my husband and I relocated to South Florida we did not have any knowledge of the rules, regulations, etc. Working with Yitzi, we found that he was knowledgeable and was able to provide us with proper guidance to help us find our Florida home.
