We met Faith in 2019 when we were selling our home on Indian Falls Lake in Corfu, NY. Due to renters from hell, it took us three months to get the house ready to put on the market. Faith not only met with us the first time, but she stopped in to check on our progress and give us pointers on what we should do next. When it came time to put it on the market, Faith was very accommodating with open houses...she even baked cookies for one of them. We sold and closed on the house in two months. So when it was time to purchase another home, it was a no-brainer that we would use Faith. It took us a year to find our current home and Faith was nothing short of patient, kind, and understanding, while maintaining her professionalism and making us feel like we were her only clients. She was always available when we contacted her. For the house we purchased, we called her when she was sitting down for dinner and she made us her priority, getting us in within an hour of the phone call and suggesting we bid a little bit higher than what we wanted to because of the market. She turned out to be correct. Had we bid what we wanted to, we would not have gotten the house. I hope this is our last move, but if it turns out to be we move again, there is no question that we will use Faith.

Faith Hill Kutter executed her role as a "selling broker" efficiently and professionally but I never felt I was dealing with a "saleswoman". (I mean that a strong compliment).
