We can't speak highly enough about our experience buying a home with Faneeza Mohamed. We knew from our first meeting with her that it's going to be a great journey with her. She was extremely patient with us. She showed us houses after houses where we found issues after issues. She was patient but persistent that we will eventually find our dream home, we just need to keep looking and not give up. We would get listings from her portal bright and early in the mornings and we would text her the property we wanted to check it out. She would always find ways to meet up with us at our preferred time and be there few minutes early. She would let us take our time looking around the houses, answering questions and educating along, and always concluding the meeting with, "This is one of the biggest decision of your lives, take your time and keep looking until you find the house you love." She kept reminding us that it will happen! We never felt pressured or rushed at any point in time, rather we would want to rush; feeling that we are taking forever. She would reassure us time and again, take your time. I am here… Don't rush it... Biggest decision... Needless to say, it became our little mantra! We put offers on houses that didn't work out. With her reassurance, we kept moving forward with positive energy and finally when we found the "one", she guided us all the way through the process. It was definitely a PROCESS for us but she kept us going and communicated back and forth with the other people involved in the process, making it easier and less overwhelming for us. I tried to put our experience with her in these words, but honestly it doesn't feel justified in words. It was an amazing time knowing her, spending time with her and buying a house with her. I would most definitely recommend her to any first time buyer like us, or a seasoned buyer because she is the best! I have recommended her already to my family and friends and some of them have started working with her already and share the same feelings. We will definitely use her services for our future real estate needs and she is the one we will recommend to anyone and everyone. THANKS FANEEZA!!

Service was awesome, keep up the good work To top it off, at the end of closing, she accompanied us to the property and made sure everything was ok. She also surprised us with presents for the home and family. Also, she was nice enough to cut her commission to compensate the buyer for an item in the home we taught was standard. Faneeza offered superior customer service and will go far in her career. She is doing what she loves. Faneeza is very approachable and kind person. She guided us step by step. I will definitely recommend her and use her services again. We felt safe and informed with Faneeza. She would spend hours with us on the phone to address any of our concerns.
