Not only did Fay get us a strong first offer, but also a very strong backup offer that she negotiated to have favorable terms. When our first offer backed out, Fay had our backup offer signed within 30 minutes. The backup offer closed quickly and smoothly. Fay was very on top of the timeline, walking us through each step and working behind the scenes so our responsibility was quite minimal and effortless. She was very attentive and responsive whenever we had any questions come up. I will absolutely use Fay again for my next home sale and recommend her to all my friends.
