She went above and beyond the job of agent time and time again, and continues to do so even after the closing. She is, quite simply, a superb human being--generous, kind, funny, thoughtful. We would not have obtained the house we did--the house of our dreams--had Faye not worked her magic, which required a great deal of work on her part. We are deeply indebted to her and don't have the words to thank her sufficiently for everything she did for us. We were operating from Colorado, and Faye took care of everything necessary in our absence. We closed from afar as well, and Faye kept us on track. I cannot say strongly enough how fabulous Faye was. I know my comments have been over the top, but they are accurate and sincere.

Buyer reviewI am a single woman who decided to move to Michigan in order to be near my son and live in a more affordable place than the Chicago area. This meant finding a place to live in another state while getting my house ready for sale in Illinois -- a huge job. I wanted an "anchor" to help me through this huge time of transition. Upon a recommendation from a friend, I called Faye, and immediately liked her energy. Faye proved to be low-key enough to suit my personality, but !that didn't mean she didn't work really hard for me! Even when I was at my most frenzied and stressed (it was often), she was patient, encouraging and nice -- seeming to not even notice my crabbiness. She reall see me land in the right place, and it happened!
