Buyer reviewFelipe Hernandez was very friendly and patient with me. I gave him my price range and with the tough market had to strategize different methods. As market was very competitive at the time of my purchase even when I would bid and get the bid, but once the inspection came I ran away from multiple homes and Felipe was very understanding and we just made more appointment to view more homes. I didn't feel that he was in it for the quick buck- so that made me feel comfortable knowing that he wanted me to find my first dream home. I definitely would recommend him to anyone I know buying a home. Again it was a Great experience and I got my dream first home!
