Buyer reviewI have been in sales for most of my adult life and Fran understands that keeping the clients informed is what keeps clients happy. This was not a sales interaction, this was a consultation that ended up in a purchase. When we started the process we were not "pre qualified" I only had a letter of eligibility from the VA. Due to the lack of of "Pre Qual" letter most agents didn't return our calls. Fran stayed in touch from the moment we requested access to a property. We were pre qualified in no time at all and ready to buy because Fran introduced us to a lender familiar with the VA process. She made the experience a lot easier than I expected.
