How long do you have? Lol. Fran Campana has worked with my husband and I for 2½ years. What started out as a search for a summer cottage and turned into our retirement home. We decided after living in Kentucky for 25 years to return to our home State of Ohio for retirement. Fran has been very patient and shown us many houses. She listened carefully to our needs and wants and realized that we needed to look for a different type of property then we originally started out with. I think she honestly knew before we knew that a year round home was what we needed. Since our searches were sporadic because I was traveling from Kentucky up to Ohio to look it did not make it easy and we missed houses during the crazy times times when houses were sold as soon as they were on the market. We got an offer for our full asking price almost immediately. Fran also advised us to set a selling price that was several thousand dollars more than we'd initially had in mind, which resulted in us making much more on the sale. She was clearly knowledgeable about the area and the current real estate market. She was very quick to respond to questions, including those we posed outside regular business hours, and was an excellent liaison between us and the buyers. Fran was great to work with overall -- very professional and knowledgeable, but also fun with a sense of humor.
