Seller reviewFran gave very personal service. She needed to deal with my elderly mother and did so with great understanding and patience. As we lived out of state Fran went above and beyond in assisting with preparing the home for closing. We greatly appreciate her help and very glad we chose her office for the sale of my mother's home.

She had extensive knowledge of real estate/appraisals of property in the area, and she was able to sell our house for a fair price despite the amount of work that needed to be done on the property. I would highly recommend her to all my family and friends.
