Buyer reviewFrancine Harmon showed us many homes in the particular part of Sterling in which we sought to live. We were shown homes in a variety of price ranges and layouts. Once we found our home, Francine negotiated some very key terms of our contract, including remedying HOA violations. She worked with the seller's agent to ensure that all our needs- even the ones we did know we had initially- were met. She truly went above and beyond to make certain that we got a fair deal. Communication is definitely a strength for Francine. She is always upbeat and kind. We were always in the loop about the status of our negotiation and anything we needed to know prior to closing on this home. Francine was available anytime we had a question or idea. My husband and I were extremely satisfied with Francine's experience and knowledge of real estate. It had been over 10 years since we bought our condos and we benefited from her expertise in all aspects of buying our first house. I would recommend Francine Harmon to anyone I know because she is dedicated to finding the property you are looking for. She is hardworking, detail-oriented, organized and always proactive.
