I needed someone who would understand my needs concerning my first home purchase. Frank Barket understood that from our first meeting through the entire process. Frank stayed in daily contact with me everyday. He went through the listings and recommended houses every day. He was always available to go look at houses. His local knowledge was excellent and he always stayed "on the ball" so to speak. He was always honest about when he thought a listing maybe was over-priced. He made sure I didn't overpay or bid on a house that could have hidden, costly issues. He is a first-class real estate agent. I would recommend him to anyone. Nice building, staff very friendly and professional. A top-notch real estate firm. Frank and staff were very patience and flexible, especially considering my work schedule. They did an excellent job.
