Buyer reviewFrank Riposta was truly exceptional. I met him at an open house after I had been house hunting for about a year. I was impressed with his knowledge and understanding of the market and decided to work with him. He was incredibly responsive, if he didn't answer a call right away, I would get a call back within minutes. After barely a month we already had an offer accepted for a house that met my needs and requirements. Frank took the time to go over inspection reports with me, including some items we could ask for credit from the seller. He handled all the documentations in a timely manner. Working with Frank Riposta was an excellent experience. From making the offer to the closing, his calm mindset, patience, promptness and knowledge kept my anxiety very low throughout the entire process.

Seller reviewFrank was available when I came out from CA to NJ to go through my brother's house and locate his will and other documents. I decided to sell the house and Frank was able to get multiple offers upon listing with the selling offer at $400,000 which it appraised for and above listing. I would recommend Frank Riposta to any seller of property in Bergen County NJ as he is an excellent real estate professional My brother passed away in NJ and I became the executor of his estate. I engaged a NJ attorney who referred me to Frank to sell my Brother's house and he did a terrific job as I live in Los Angeles and was not able to deal with the sale locally No one better Frank is the best, on top of everything, excellent communications and real estate knowledge of the area and property was outstanding
