Seller reviewMy wife and I were tasked with selling my parents home in Kearny, but live 700 miles away in South Carolina. After 20 years away we were out of touch with the town and real estate market, and clearly needed help. More importantly we needed someone we could trust. I've known Frank Riposta since our school days. I knew he was a respected business owner in town, and when I found out through Facebook that he was also a realtor I did not hesitate to give him a call. A lot of different situations can crop up when selling a home. This one was far from move in condition, and there was 50 years of accumulated stuff to clean out (more stuff than most folks can imagine!). And then there was the buried oil tank that had to be removed. It would be next to impossible for us to get this all done without someone local and knowledgeable to help. Frank was that someone; always a phone call or text away whenever we needed him. He walked us through the process - permits, etc, and more importantly took care of what we could not do from 700 miles away. He was a friend back in school, and I consider him a very good friend now. Thanks Frank!

Seller reviewOverall selling a family home which is almost 100 years old, while under contract for a house in Cape May County, is a difficult undertaking. Having no previous experience in real estate, we were in awe of all this task required. Frank Riposts walked us through every twist and turn. He also corresponded with our realtor in Cape May and kept everything moving forward. He was involved in our moving plans, and answered any questions we had at any point. He acted as a professional friend, with our interest at heart. We appreciate his hard work and tell everyone that Frank Riposta will be there for you. I hope he continues to be busy and successful for a long time. After signing on with Frank on March 17, we are now sitting in our new home on July13. It took tons of work on our end, and Frank was available every minute of every day to guide us. He works hard for his clients and he "gets it done".
