Seller reviewWhat has always impressed me most about Fran is her professionalism. She comes to the table ready and prepared to sell your home as if you were her only client. She possesses the knowledge and expertise of the local market to provide you an honest perspective and guidance for selling your property in a timely manner. When asked for assistance on some handy work and painting around the house, she was able to immediately provide us with a proven handyman and painter who was quick, responsive and provided us with excellent service. We could not have done it without Fran and her husband Don. An impressive duo that moved our property quickly and got us the best return on our home.

Seller reviewFran was amazing I was interested in selling a property that I had rented since leaving Ft. Rucker. She estimated the cost quickly and found a buyer in an extremely short time. There was wind damage to the roof that was being repaired by the insurance company as repairs found during the buyer's inspection, Fran coordinated all of that effort smoothly. We could not have had a better agent If we move back to the Wiregrass we will contact Fran to help us find a house Fran is a superbly talented and knowledgeable professional.
