I happened to see property for sale that I was interested in viewing and happened to contact Fred Beuchel. I could not have been happier that he happened to be the selling agent as he worked hard to show me the properly around my hectic schedule. I drive between states and he had arrange his time around mine. When the first property wasn't what I was looking for, he immediately found other properties that were in line with my needs. When I suggested we look at other areas outside of the city I originally wanted, he willingly started pulling properties in areas that I was comfortable with and knowing what I would or would not like. After six months I decided to postpone purchasing as what I wanted just wasn't on the market. A week later a property that was up for sale and I really liked (minus the price) was lowered by the seller to a reasonable price. Fred contacted me, we were able to see the property within 24 hours, and make an offer. After Fred working with the seller's realtor and myself to finalize the sale, he was able to make it happen. He worked just as hard to make the closing happen earlier than the seller expected and we closed immediately. I would refer my friends and family to Fred.
