He never lets you forget that HE works for YOU. His ultimate goal is to create the very best outcome for you that he can. He has considerable personal knowledge of building practices. That saves a lot of time during the search or sale. He knows what to look for in your purchase and he knows what is important for you to repair before your sale. That knowledge facilitates the inspection/repair process and also expedites your sale. I highly recommend Fred Steiermann.
