Seller reviewWe worked with Gary Goike for our original move up to Michigan and he was great to partner with at the time. When we were told that Century 21 was an option with our relocation company, we jumped at the opportunity to work with him again. Gary went with the full package for the listing including a large batch of photos, drone shots, and a 3D tour. He helped us identify a few quick improvements to the house to really make it stand out and it paid off. We had a showing two hours after going on the market that turned into an offer the next day. We picked Gary because we knew he'd offer us great experience when it came time to negotiate and he did exactly what we we expected. Despite Michigan going into lockdown, he was able get us the price we wanted and did so in a way that kept a positive relationship with the buyers. In the end, even with a pandemic and some unique obstacles, Gary helped shepherd the process to the finish line and we closed as promised. I highly recommend Gary and would work with him again!
