Gary came highly recommended from a friend. I will always rely on a reference from someone I know over any other reference. Even though this was my first sale of a home, I can't imagine too many sales being as difficult to close as this one was. Unexpected equipment failures, issues with the buyers' lender, last minute appraisal issues, being stuck with a difficult attorney handling the closing, it seemed like everything that could go wrong, went wrong. Luckily Gary is a well connected individual in the area and knew local contractors and businesses in the area that were able to quickly and affordably fix any issues we had as sellers keeping the sale on track. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor to help us, especially since we no longer lived in the local area making it difficult for us to handle much of the business ourselves. Gary was always available and quickly returned phone calls if we needed to get a hold of him and he was busy with other clients. From start to finish he did a great job keeping us informed about everything going on with the sale of our house. As previously stated the sale was a nightmare from the start but we were thankful to have Gary as our realtor as he helped ease the difficulties we had in selling our home.
