Seller reviewGary did a great job of explaining the whole selling process to me, gave me helpful advice on preparing the property for sale, and kept me updated as to how the process was proceeding in a very timely manner. Seller reviewGary did a wonderful job in helping us accomplish our goal, which was to make a small profit from our home and do it quickly. I was pregnant at the time, and we had already purchased a new home so the thought of two mortgages, two lawns to mow, two houses to pay utilities on, etc. was frightening. Gary helped expedite the process once we negotiated an offer, for a quick closing. We had a wonderful experience and would never even consider using another realtor because of our satisfaction.

Seller reviewGary had a possible buyer in mind when I listed the house with him. The buyer visited the house the next evening and the next made an offer. A final contract was signed on Friday after only three days on the market. The fact that Gary knew of a potential buyer before the house was listed indicated that he worked hard on building a client base. I was very pleased with all of his efforts.

I would definitely use him again & recommend him. Home buying is stressful but Gary took most that stress away!!
