Buyer reviewOutstanding Realtor and Good Hearted Person who went Totally Above and Beyond ... The selected house was looking "move in ready" superficially ... IF NOT Ms Gayle Betz and Home Inspection by Advised by her Professional Service, which discovered huge, very important problems with house, there were high chances of that property to be purchased with all these problems ... More over, her help was Absolutely Must and Highly Appreciated during purchase / closing / negotiations process ... The Purchased property has Multiple Serious problems - Roof, Plumbing, Electrical, etc etc...The property is Problematic. It's NOT Real Estate Agent's job to help with Repairs and Fixing things ... Real Estate Agent is Not a Contractor, etc ... Ms Gayle Betz based on her Kind Heart decided to Help and went Well beyond her job ... She kindly guided and continues to do so... She is overseeing the multiple repairs process... AFTER Property has been Purchased... Which is Both Expensive and Very Time consuming ... Without her Magnanimous continuous Help - this Project wouldn't have been possible ...
