Growing up in a real estate family, she was motivated to join the family career field to connect with others and make a difference. Her personalized service approach to her client relationships is what sets her apart.
While in college she studied business and went on to become a president of a successful management company. She came from a well-rounded background of property management, marketing/sales with impeccable customer service.
She is enthusiastic, honest, dedicated and aspires to go "above and beyond" for all her clients. Assisting her client's selling or buying their home is an honor. Along with her ethics, consistent follow-up, and transparency she has proven to be a value to her clients.
Lastly, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, nature, and serving others. Seller reviewGayle Dame informed us of properties prices in the area. After the analysis we were not pressured but left to decide our list price. In the past realtors have pressured us to sell based square footage disregarding features. She was available to answer questions and explain contract language we did not understand. We would recommend Gayle because she is easy to talk with and informs her clients of seekers comments (likes and dislikes). This was comforting to know what others thought of our home. We feel like Gayle Dame is a friend. Her greatest interest wasn't in collecting a commission but in having us get the outcome we desired.

Gayle is an outstanding part of your team! we did some repairs but found a buyer who was willing to buy as is in terms of not replacing carpet or indoor painting and such. gayle went above and beyond in helping us go through an as is process. We live in north carolina so her help was very much needed and she was there for us all the way! Including letting repair people in several times and getting our keys back from our renters as it was a rental house for 12 years.
