Seller reviewGene Sementilli is our Realtor for life. He helped us buy our home in Baltimore City and 10 years later he helped us sell it for a great price. When we were listing the house he asked me what I wanted to get for the house. When it sold, we got exactly the number I wanted. Gene is very professional and answers his phone day and night. When we purchased our second home there were some complications and he really helped us hang in there and guide us through every step. Gene puts in so much time to go to work for you and I recommend him for first time homebuyers or anyone else. I know her works above and beyond what would be expected for the small commission he makes on the purchase of a home. I am grateful he was a part of selling our first home at a profit because I feel like he finally got his payday for all the long hours I had him work for us!

His knowledge of the process and paperwork can not be compared to any other agent that I have known. I truly appreciate his attention to detail, whether it be with the paperwork, deadlines, or the photos taken for the online posting of the house. I was under contract within about a week of listing my house. I had a wonderful experience that resulted better than I had anticipated when I originally thought about selling my home. This was largely due to Gene handling my sale. Gene is truly one-of-a-kind.

He graciously prepared the offers without hesitation. The documents were prepared and emailed to me late for my signatures. He is the agent that you would like to have representing you in your search for your special home. As a further elaboration, Mr. Gene Sementilli takes the time to clearly explain the process of purchasing or selling a home and answer all questions.

Buyer reviewGene Sementilli was very familiar with the Bowie, MD area and had sold some houses near where I was looking to purchase. He assured me the neighborhood was excellent for me and my family which showed me he understood and took seriously the things that were a priority for me. He guided me thru what price to offer and what conditions I wanted as well. My first offer wasn't accepted but Gene delivered the bad news with such companion and encouragement. My 2nd was accepted and I LOVE my house!!! I couldn't ask for a better agent and Gene has been my family's agent for over 15 years guiding us to buy and sell over 10 properties! I really lost count. Gene is knowledgable about real estate and he has proven his expertise every time. I trust him and that's exactly the characteristic needed when dealing with one of the biggest and most valuable purchases of your life!
