Georgianne Gigi Virta of CENTURY 21 Affiliated

I contacted Gigi Virta on February 23, 2017, but since I lived 3 hours away and could only get to the house on occasional weekends, we weren't able to meet until March 18th and she was fine with the delay. During my first meeting with Gigi I knew she was the realtor for me because of her knowledge and experience. She immediately had good insights and suggestions on how I could proceed with the renovation of my inherited (disaster) property to make it sellable without breaking the bank. Other realtors I'd interviewed didn't seem to have much knowledge about the bones and guts of an older house; Gigi did and I really needed her expertise. I had many months of work to complete before it could be listed and Gigi was patient and supportive throughout; she stopped by to view it's progress and to offer suggestions. When it was time to list she was ready to go with paperwork, info and all that KNOWLEDGE! Offers started to come in immediately and we had a solid offer (at list price) just 2 weeks after listing. We closed on December 19th. Nine months from our first meeting till sale and Gigi was fine with the delay and understood that the house needed a certain level of repair and updating before it could be listed. With living so far away I needed a realtor I could trust with this sale and what I found in Gigi was someone who could communicate timely and effectively, understands the Holland real estate market very well and someone who seems to be utterly unflappable when things don't go as planned. Gigi is a gem and I thank my lucky stars that I found her.
