Gerald (Jerry) Cibulski was exceptional to work with, from start to finish. Fresh off a very poor real estate experience in NYC, we were skeptics upon meeting Jerry. However, he knocked down our walls at our initial meeting by articulating a solid understanding of the real estate market in the North Fork, both past and present. Jerry also made certain he clearly understood what we were looking for in a vacation home away from the city and noted he would invest in the process, whether it would be a short or a very long transaction. From a technical standpoint, Jerry is not a "fluffy" realtor and is able to answer questions involving the interworkings of a house, water drainage, septics, etc. which was beneficial. Lo and behold, we found our house during this second appointment! Jerry came out of the gates with great customer service that did not end when we closed on the house; he continues to devote time and energy with us. Unfamiliar with the North Fork, we are able to capitalize on Jerry's experience, connections and reliability. To specify a few - he has referred the lawn care team he personally uses, helped us find a patio set and even threw our delivered packages into our garage for us. Jerry does not stop working and is extremely responsive. As we said, Jerry was and still is exceptional to work with and exceeds expectations on all fronts. His attention to detail and the added gestures he uses to stand out do not go unnoticed and makes for a seamless transaction. We highly recommend working with Jerry Cibulski!
