Jerry stayed in contact with me constantly, throughout the entire process. He updated me with the good & bad. Once you sit with him, you will feel the same, he is a kind, honest person. He met with me occasionally, took the time to explain why certain buyers were not interested, however he also used a simple technique to show me all offers on the table, since he knew I was overwhelmed. He knows the market, he has a list of many buyers, and understands their needs and wants. He is really good at what he does. Jerry was a true professional from start to finish, making the whole process easy, with his calming demeanor, he kept me positive. He himself is a positive individual, and assured me that it was all going to work out.
