Buyer reviewGibran was very thorough and helpful throughout the entire process, and as first time home buyers it was a relief to work with someone so knowledgeable and professional. Gibran keeps a flashlight on him when he shows houses. For me, this was when I realized we had an excellent agent. Gibran didn't just do the basic tour of the house. He thoroughly inspects it and points out details I wouldn't have thought to check. Every single house we toured, Gibran would get his flashlight and check the manufacturing and last service dates on water heaters and furnaces. He would check every corner of the basements and explain any potential issues. His attention to detail and desire to ensure we knew everything there was to know about a property proves he cares about his job and the people he serves. Gibran was a pleasure to work with. He was always prepared, always knew the answers to every question, and really helped guide us through the entire home buying process.

He asked me questions regarding what I wanted in a home, how far from work, and other features that were important to my personal taste in a home. Gibran set up and viewed over ten homes with me. He provided me with paperwork specific to each house, as well as a check off list for things that were of importance to me as I viewed homes. Gibran shared his knowledge about things in the home that were helpful to me, and pointed out really important features to look at in each home. He helped me slim my options, as well as pointed out common things I liked within each home. He was patient and listened to all of my wants. Gibran was flexible and made himself available for multiple days of viewing properties. I felt comfortable asking for advice and reaching out when I had questions. I am thankful to have had this experience working with Gibran during my first time purchase. I would highly recommend working with Gibran, as well as hope to work with him again in the future.
