Seller reviewI met Gina during a routine work day ......as we talked she mentioned she is a property realtor . As we ended our conversation I asked if i could contact her in the future to discuss the sale of property . (She gave me her card with contact info) When i felt timing was right we contacted Gina to get her opinion on real estate market and HOW things were moving in the Ashland market. We met at property and NEXT DAY Gina listed on line as well yard sign. Had multiple showings in 5 days and in 2 weeks time had and agreed offer. We were pleased with the --- behind the scenes--- work which is necessary to make transactions HAPPEN. Gina was great to give us updates as needed. When negotiations were required they were presented in TIMELY manner and we responded . Always felt confident in Gina's guidance and direction. Open houses, as well print advertising are not ALWAYS required in all sales. I TRULY BELIEVE our sale worked well due to choosing Century 21 and Gina's knowledge of the market .
