For me it was how on top of everything Gina was in our process from the inspection, appraisal, bank communication and provided us updates and pertinent questions. In the beginning of the process she prepared a very informative portfolio demonstrating how she would market our property. It included helpful information about selecting a realtor, what she would do to represent us if we were to select her, examples of possible proceeds from the sale of our home, etc. She was well-spoken, well prepared and very thorough! Gina is extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable about various aspects of her job. She helped us with MANY things throughout selling our home, such as helping us find a company to do our pest inspection, an electrician to ground our gas line, etc. She also has a knack for thinking outside the box when tricky or unique situations arise. She's quick to propose solutions to issues as they come up which helped alleviate any stress or anxiety for us as sellers. Gina was also very prompt will all communications and information. She did a great job of keeping us informed every step of the way. We were first time home sellers with some apprehension and many questions about the process. She was very good about communicating with us about showings, offers, our property inspection, etc. She also went out her way to bring closing documents to us at our convenience as well as our proceeds check immediately after closing.
