Ginger did a great job with the sale of my home. My house was on the market for one day and I had a full-price offer. The staging and pictures were great.

We first met Ginger through a walk of a model home and listening to her comments about the house were spot on. We were first time builders and Ginger has built and flipped other homes. We at the time did not know she was a broker for Century 21. Also from being 1000 miles from home we were not knowledgeable of the area, Ginger was was very open about the town and surrounding areas. Extremely helpful for us in making a decision of where we wanted to be and what we were looking for. Upon leaving the house and our conversation with Ginger we learned that she worked with Century 21. Asked for her card and drove back to Illinois from Colorado. My father was forced to sell his home after battling brain cancer. He beat the cancer but did not recover well enough to live on his own, so I moved him to Oklahoma from Colorado, putting his house on the market from a distance. Ginger Blasi went to the house on a cold October night, found a busted water line in the house and immediately jumped into action. She turned off the water, contacted a plumber to fix the water break and got me set up with someone to repair the boiler system. Ginger met with repairmen to get them keys, inspect their work and ensure our needs were met since we could not travel over the winter to check on the house. She was patient, helping find movers, cleaners and even a packing service to help with the selling process. The weather was not perfect, but in a very small window I was able to get the house packed, moved & cleaned.
