Her personality and meeting her family sold us from the start. Without a doubt our choice was the correct choice. Not only did she have a finalized contract on the home within 24 hours, she got a contract finalized for $5,000.00 more than the asking price. Mrs. Canaday was a true professional and made the entire process simple and effortless on our part. Excellent does not say enough when we talk of her assistance and guidance through the process.

She took care of me as well at the bottom rung price point (that I was in) as I would expect to be taken care of if I had been seeking a multi-million dollar home. I had no reason to go with Ginger except that a co-worker knew her. I would recommend Ginger to anyone in the market for a home. I'm rarely happy with service I get from anyone, anywhere and I can't think of one thing negative about my experience with her. basically, she's a miracle worker! Anyone lucky enough to have Ginger throughout the home-buying process is already one step ahead of the game.
