Ginny was very compassionate at handling my concerns, fears and unknowns of selling and buying. She went above and beyond, always reassuring me that everything will work out. I was so stressed about my house not selling because of crazy neighbors and never finding the perfect next home or area and Ginny made me feel so much better when ever I called her to "Vent". I've known Ginny for almost 20 years but when it was time for me to purchase a new home she ceased to be a friend and became a real estate agent. She was extremely thorough dealing with everything from soup to nuts on this purchase, she was always available and she knew every detail about everything real estate related from the first viewing to the contract. Ginny was always there for us. She was super knowledgable. Nine times out of 10, she answered the phone when we'd call. On the rare occassion she didn't, then she got back to us right away with answers to our questions. And we had a lot of questions, since we were first time home buyers!!! She basically held our hands throughout the entire process and was very pleasant. It was such a pleasure to work with Ginny!!!

She was a complete professional while being friendly and understanding of the difficulties in my choice to make a drastic change in my life and future. Could not have asked for anyone more competent, knowledgeable and helpful. Ginny Kotler was on time, was always familiar with the properties I wanted to see. I felt I could ask Ginny Kotler any question, no matter how small or technical, and I would get a correct, knowledgeable and thoughtful answer. We also had fun looking at houses together, and discussing the pros and cons of each, and comparing each to others that we had seen. There was laughter, and serious discussion that made the entire process enjoyable. When we made an appointment, I eagerly look forward to it, knowing I was in good hands, and Ginny would be with me to provide information, and answer questions. I would recommend Ginny Kotler to friends or family looking to buy in this area. Her knowledge of the area and especially of the over 55 communities was a big plus. However, she was also knowledgeable of other areas that might have homes that would meet my needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Ginny Kotler as a knowledgeable, experienced Real Estate agent.
