Seller reviewGiovanni is a straight shooter, he tells you like it is, professionally, but very kindly. He told us exactly what he could do for us, and did it. He returned phone calls, texts and emails on a timely basis even to ask if it was emergency or chat and if he could get back in hour let's say. I knew the minute I talked to him on the phone when I first called, he was the guy, anyone selling or buying should make him their guy too. Giovanni was very professional at all times and upon our first consultation had ideas and recommendations on ways to go to market and sell our house as quickly as possible, and for the most amount of money. Giovanni was always there to answer any questions or concerns that we had and any home we wanted to see he would always have appointments ready to show us the home. He was very patient and understanding with us when we were looking at homes in many different areas because we did not know exactly where we wanted to purchase a home.
