She earned her Bachelor's Degree majoring in English, Math and Education. She furthered her studies at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. by taking Graduate courses studying Sociolinguistics. Her Real Estate career started in March 1977 with CENTURY 21 Cedarhurst which now known as CENTURY 21 New Millennium. Gladys has been married to Luis Manrique for over 50 years and that have one daughter, Gladys (Fain), who was born in Lima as well. She has lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina; Abilene, TX; Charlotte, NC and Falls Church, VA. She has two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She is an active member who serves on multiple committees to better the Condominium Association she lives in. She goes above and beyond to ensure her clients have the best experience possible.

Seller reviewGladys is a resident in our Condo community and has vested interest in the best outcome possible. She is well known and very active with a great positive attitude and is fantastic! She definitely knows the business and advised that we raise the asking price and we are glad we did! The research presented also supported her suggested sales price too. We were told to expected to take much longer to sell a condo in this area. Apparently it was priced right and In 2 weeks we have 3 offers! The process was quick, easy and uncomplicated. I would recommend Gladys Ponce-Manrique for your real estate needs because she is accurate, bilingual (English/Spanish) and has team support when and where it's needed.
