?Golnaz definitely went above and beyond her job. 5 stars really isn't enough to give it to her. We found Golnaz online, her excellence is really solid and consistent. When we started our search, we reached out online to about 10 agents, she responded to our query in 20 minutes, and ever since , we did not speak to anyone else. As home buyers (apartment for my daughter for her college) , we really couldn't be happier that we found Golnaz. Following are the things that I think Golnaz has been consistently exceeded: 1. Expertise-we all know that the quickest way to know a person's level of knowledge is by asking tons of questions (I didn't do it on purpose. It's just what first home buyers do and me being myself). I couldn't recall the specific questions that I've asked Golnaz but I was very impressed every time when I got the response from her. Her expertise and timely response makes her really reliable.considering this an apartment for my daughter, who is going away from home for the 1st time, We were more than anxious 2. Timely communication ? Golnaz has so many clients at hands but I was amazed by how she was still able to respond to my SMS, emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. It's not just about the deliver on time; it's the accuracy of her response and the knowledge she has that really makes the whole home buying process smooth. Buyer reviewI have bought and sold six homes in three States, Goly Apgar by far has been the best realtor we've had. I was very upfront and told her not to spend too much time on us as we were in no hurry to buy a house unless we found the perfect house. We found a home online we asked her to set up a showing and provided her a list of must haves, preferred, and nice to haves we were looking for in a home. When we went to see the home we looked at online, we found the photos deceiving from what we actually saw so were no longer interested. Goly then asked if we had time to see two homes she thought we might have interest, one in particular, based on our list we provided her. The first home she showed us was a Grand Slam. We moved from not a super serious buyer to purchasing what we hope will be our forever home. Goly has great insight to what the market has to offer and matching up the desires of her clients to the perfect home. Every aspect of our buying process Goly was on top of every step of the way. In short, Goly is awesome. She eliminated any stress that comes along the way in finding/buying a home. And our big joke, Goly knows someone to handle just about any issue that comes along. She provided recommendations for a lender, flooring, painting, locksmith, HVAC, gardner, etc. I attempted to get additional quotes on projects for the home we were buying, but Goly's recommendations were better every single time. After the first couple times she recommended someone I just quit wasting my time looking for additional quotes. Since closing on our home, every contractor Goly has recommended has delivered as promised. Goly is a one stop shop and I plan on recommending her to anyone I know or run into looking to sell or buy. We've never had anyone better than Goly in our buying and selling experience.
