I researched Grass Valley area properties for 2 or 3 years before I finally bought a house there. It was not nearly enough. If it wasn't for Gordon's experience and our extensive discussions after each of the houses I asked to see, I would have made half a dozen bad choices and eventually wound up with a lot of problems after the purchase.

I will use him again if I ever need him.

I have nothing bad to say performance wise about Gordon. If i wasn't able to be there for something he was, or he would meet me half way if I couldn't be there, he was never rude with knowing my personal situation and problems. He was very easy to trust and very patient with my work schedule Broker was recommended by a friend and He was the first one to listen, advance properly, explaining everything, patient, and picked up most of the work If I was unable to do something Gordon was there without fail to help make sure paperwork was complete and done properly, and suggested ways to help save but didn't push me to make a decision, he explained step by step every detail and process that was needed to be completed

Gordon was super responsive from the moment I called from the home with the FOR Sale sign. It didn't work out, but he checked in frequently and provided listings that were a good match for me and was available at all times. He was quick to get in all those offers I made (which were consistently outbid despite offers over asking price). And when the first home fell through (more than once), he made me immediately prepared to make another offer. He was right with me during critical inspections and helped me navigate withdrawing an accepted offer. His thorough knowledge of the area of interest kept me on the right track And he called me the moment he got off a plane to let me know that the first house was available again and went above and beyond to make sure I got it! A+ for communication, plus he is a really nice man. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home in Nevada County. Gordon hooked me up with a fantastic broker (Mike O'Neill) who helped me get my financing in order very quickly and who was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. He has a thorough knowledge of the area, inspectors, and contractors. A very good buying experience all around! Hopefully I am living in my forever home now (my 5th home), but I would not hesitate to call Gordon again and will recommend him to others looking in this area.
