Greg had never met the prospective buyers but when he received their phone call, he immediately responded to their request to meet them at the site/lot. Greg's accessibility to the buyers was nothing less than "Johnny on the spot," which I believe greatly facilitated the sale of the lot!

Greg Klein is a true professional and he made our long distance move from Virginia to Lead, South Dakota a truly stress free experience. He was there when we needed answers and was able to relay messages to the sellers expeditiously. Greg's experience in dealing with financing was a big plus for us, our mortgage agent wasn't as sharp as we would have liked and Greg was able to keep the ball rolling so the closing was on time! If I could sum it up for you, I would say Greg Klein has set the bar extremely high and it's nice to be his client. We highly recommend Greg Klein!

Greg Klein is a fine broker in addition to being a good person. I have just today listed a property with him for sale. He will always be my broker in the Black Hills. This is my third transaction with Greg in addition to a couple more searches for properties. You cannot top his local knowledge.
