Greg Klein came recommended to us from employees at our Attorney's office. He was quick to respond and positive about the possibility of selling the house quickly. Not only did Greg help us sell this house quickly, he also knew of people that would help us to empty the house of furnishings that were left in the house. My situation was different from a typical seller, I was selling the house for my uncle who is in a nursing home. I was willing to sell the house below market value but Greg was insistent that he could get fair market value for the house. He did a wonderful job of keeping me patient and allowing interested buyers to contemplate their desire to purchase the home. He was always quick to respond to my texts, emails and phone calls. Greg was very knowledgeable about the local market and prospective buyers. He knew clients that were interested in looking at the house immediately once it was on the market. Greg was professional yet sensitive to my unique situation. I knew that I could trust him with the process of the home sale.
