Seller reviewI was very happy with Greg Lund while selling my late mother's home. This was the second home Greg has sold for me, and both experiences were very positive. He was enthusiastic about the home even though it had some challenges for potential buyers. He was able to point out its uniqueness, while acknowledging needed repairs. This sale required communication between us, the buyers, and also contractors for necessary repairs. Greg's history and contacts in Chehalis were valuable. I felt like we were in good hands with Greg, and I trusted him to navigate some complications for us. it took some negotiation, and he made the sale happen.
