Seller reviewThank you Greg Post for another easy sale process. I have used Greg for both commercial and residential sales. In the case of commercial he came in after a previous realtor did limited to no marketing of the property. Greg was able to market it and have qualified offers rather quickly and walked me through completing the sale. For residential he sold my home. Was quick to meet at the property and offer a great listing price, which allowed the home to sale at first showing on listing day. He handled the remaining portion of negotiation and paperwork in a professional and expedient manner. I couldn't be happier with both processes and will recommend him to anyone I know who is in the market for either commercial or residential.
