Being a first time home buyer Gretchen really made things easy on me and made sure I got everything I asked for out of the seller. Because of her I am a satisfied home owner today. Gretchen was wonderful in all aspects.She was accommodating,knowledgeable,and friendly yet professional. We have recommended her to everyone. This was the first time we had dealt with realtors when purchasing a home. It was all new. Gretchen kept us informed through each step along the way. She always let us know what was going on and what our responsibilities were. Daily contact was much appreciated. We couldn't have asked for more! Great all around. Office personnel excellent also.
