Gretchen Meeker of CENTURY 21 Signature Realty

I called Gretchen from the information on the yard sign and I feel that we were so lucky to have her to work with. She was always on the spot getting things done, answering questions, and keeping us informed about the process. Gretchen made the process a pleasure. I asked Kristen from 5/3 Bank (now works at Mercantile) if she knew of any good realtors. Kristen told me to talk to Gretchen so I did. Gretchen was superb! My Mother and I got along with Gretchen great. She had a great sense of humor, was super friendly, available, able to work around my busy schedule, and it felt like I knew Gretchen for a long time. I have no experience with any other realtors, but I still feel like I can say Gretchen is one of the best realtors out there! It was a little difficult establishing some lines of communication at first, but once the ball was rolling Gretchen was amazing. Gretchen gets an A+ in my book! She showed me so many houses and even came to Dominos (where I work) to get some papers signed. She is #1!!! Jim Parsons showed me a house on University and did a great job. I've said it already, but I'll say it again, Gretchen was incredibly awesome! Friendly, easy going, went the extra mile, and she always had a smile. Being a positive person myself, I always enjoyed her company while looking at houses. Gretchen you rock!!!

Gretchen is a friendly and considerate sales lady. She went out of her way to get the property sold. She had some suggestions for Open House and diligently scanned the area for prospective buyers.
