Harold really cares about finding a quality home for each of his clients. As I said above, I have no experience in realty. I'm a teacher. Harold has many years of experience. He actually even helped with our interest rate just by telling us it keeps rising until you lock it in. That will save us money long-term. Harold Pendleton was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We were so lucky to have him on our team. When we wanted to look at a house, he arranged it into his schedule as quickly as he possibly could. He works hard at what he does, and I am very grateful that we met Harold on that first day. We have been in the new house for a week, and I can't believe we found such a nice place for our budget!
