Buyer reviewHarriett made the purchase of this condo very easy. I live out of state while my Dad lives in Florida. She showed him a beautiful condominium - on short notice actually. She helped us through the deal from offer to closing. She gave us the phone numbers of several Home Inspectors - which resulted in a new hot water heater and some electrical work that the seller was happy to have done. My Dad is very happy in his new condo! Thanks to Harriett for her knowledge and experience, we closed in about 25 days.
