heather did so much more than just finding us a house, she held our hand through every step of the process answered every question we possibly had and even helped us after the deal was closed when she was no longer obligated to give us her advice I know for a fact that she sacrificed many evenings and even personal plans to help us and make sure we were taken care of.the entire process of getting our home took almost a month and I spoke with heather almost everyday whether it was a phone call text message or email she always responded in a timely matter and always had answers to our questions no matter how small or insignificant they were one of the first signs that heather was a good agent was when she followed up with a list of houses that fit our criteria almost immediately after we spoke on the phone, the second sign was how quickly she set up all of the showings for the houses that we wanted to see, the next sign of her excellence was when we submitted an application and gave her an earnest check for a home that we very much liked and wanted to lease. almost 10 days went by with us not hearing anything from the home's listing agent. Heather called and emailed her multiple times until she finally got ahold of her and express our dissatisfaction with the long amount of time it took for us to receive a response. another couple of days went by and we still receive no response so heather continue to find us more house listings that fit our criteria. I really appreciated how she stood up for us when we felt we were wronged sharon seems very nice although we did not have much direct contact, she definitely helped us out when we had an issue with the heat the first day we moved in. I was having an issue dealing with the landlord directly but after she spoke with him things were much smoother and easier heather walked us through every page of the lease and all of the details involving what we were paying for and what we were entitled to. she also put the minds I love my parents at ease being that they are co signers on our lease they have their own set of issues and questions that heather satisfied quite easily, she definitely made them feel very comfortable with the entire situation I had conversations with other realtors regarding our needs but heather was the only agent who was engaging and asked questions and got to know us so she could pinpoint what we were looking for
