When we met Heather Kavanaugh, there was an instant connection. We felt very comfortable, and muchly appreciated she LISTENED to what we were wanting for our family I just literally don't have a single negative thing to say about Heather and her help when it came to our family getting our house. Always above and beyond with her, and especially her encouragement. We all know the housing market is crazy right now, and if I was heather I probably would have fired myself as a client because I know how much of a pain in the butt I can be... particularly when I'm worried about something so critical... like making sure my family and I have a place to live... Heather's confidence never faltered, and her knowledge of the area/the market/lenders to help make sure the job not only got done, but got done speedily, and satisfactorily was just spot on!! I would not even think about using another agent in the future. Heather is who i would recommend to anybody. Heather was 110% all the time.. I am almost running out of ways to describe how impressed my husband and I are/were with Heather!! Words cannot describe how grateful we are for all her help.

With my husbands daily changing health needs and Covid it was a challenge to say the least. Heather never gave up. Guiding us gracefully through one of the most stressful times of our lives.Having too leave our home of 30 years, that we both loved so much. Finding us the perfect new home, VIRTUALLY!!! Staying on the builder, looking out for us the whole way. Sending videos, pictures often. Little things that we were not aware to even look for. She took care of us100% I can't even write all the things that Heather did and still does for us. She's a kind,caring,calm,smart professional. I would recommend her to anyone, everyone. We don't have even one negative thing to say about our experience with her. We both feel so lucky to have by chance found her in our search for a new place.
