I had full confidence Helberth was going to be successful with our sale but all the extra work he did to complete the sale was well above and beyond the expected service of a selling agent. He helped us keeping and eye on all the repairs we needed to make before putting the house on the market and helped us find other companies to make repairs required after the inspection. This was an excellent experience.
