I recently contracted with Helen Rescigno of Century 21 About Town to handle the sale of my parent's home. I interviewed several different agents, all recommended by their brokers as excellent, but Helen stood head and shoulders above the rest. Helen alone wanted to do the job right, working with me to prepare the house for sale, not wanting to cut corners and settle for less. She recommended major cosmetic repairs (wallpaper removal, painting and carpeting), and, by following her recommendations,the money spent on repairs paid back quadruple what I had been told to expect by other realtors! Amazing! It seemed that it might not be easy to do get the repairs done, since I live at a distance, but Helen made it easy for me by letting all the workers in. (I guess that's why the other agents didn't recommend doing work. Too much work for them.) Helen is driven to do the best possible job. I could see her high energy, drive, and high standards, the moment I met her. I felt right away that she would work hard, be very diligent and hands on, and she didn't disappoint me. She exceeded all my expectations. I only wish every person I hire would have the skills, talent, drive, work ethic and professionalism of Helen Rescigno.
